Hardee’s Holiday Hours 2026: Thanksgiving, Christmas & More

Planning to visit Hardee’s during a holiday? Knowing whether your nearest restaurant is open can help you avoid an unnecessary trip, especially around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Hardee’s holiday hours in 2026 are not governed by one publicly confirmed nationwide schedule. Individual restaurants may have different opening times, closing times, and holiday operating arrangements.

Christmas Day and Thanksgiving deserve particular attention because closures have been documented at individual Hardee’s restaurants. Christmas Eve may also have a different schedule from an ordinary weekday.

This guide explains what is currently confirmed, which major holidays require local verification, and how to check restaurant, breakfast, drive-thru, and ordering availability before visiting.

Quick Answer

Hardee’s holiday hours vary by location in 2026. There is no publicly confirmed nationwide holiday timetable guaranteeing that every restaurant will open or close on specific holidays.

An individual Hardee’s restaurant in Orlando, Florida, lists Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day as closed, with reduced hours on Christmas Eve. Those arrangements should not be treated as company-wide rules.

For accurate holiday opening and closing times, check your restaurant through Hardee’s official location finder and contact the location directly when holiday hours are not displayed.

Hardee’s Holiday Hours 2026 at a Glance

The following table covers major U.S. holidays. It distinguishes verified location-specific information from dates without a confirmed nationwide schedule.

Important: A holiday appearing in this table does not mean all Hardee’s restaurants will be open. Where no nationwide schedule is confirmed, the actual opening status depends on the selected restaurant.

Is Hardee’s Open on Thanksgiving 2026?

Thanksgiving falls on Thursday, November 26, 2026.

Hardee’s has not established a publicly verified, uniform Thanksgiving opening schedule for all U.S. restaurants.

There is direct evidence that at least one location closes for Thanksgiving. Hardee’s of Silver Star in Orlando, Florida, publishes a local holiday-hours schedule that lists Thanksgiving Day as closed.

However, a closure at that restaurant does not establish that every Hardee’s location follows the same policy.

What Time Does Hardee’s Open on Thanksgiving?

There is no verified nationwide Thanksgiving opening time.

If your preferred restaurant plans to operate on Thanksgiving, its hours need to be confirmed individually. Its ordinary Thursday schedule should not be assumed to apply automatically.

Can You Order Hardee’s Breakfast on Thanksgiving?

Breakfast availability depends on two separate factors:

• Whether the restaurant is open on Thanksgiving.
• Whether it is serving breakfast during your intended visit.

Even when a restaurant is open, its holiday schedule may differ from its normal breakfast service.

The most reliable approach is to verify both the holiday opening time and breakfast cutoff directly with the restaurant.

Is Hardee’s Open on Christmas Day 2026?

Christmas Day falls on Friday, December 25, 2026.

Christmas is an important date to verify because individual Hardee’s locations have published Christmas Day closures.

For example, the Hardee’s of Silver Star in Orlando lists Christmas Day as closed.

This is confirmed local information, not evidence of a universal Christmas Day closure across the entire chain.

Are All Hardee’s Restaurants Closed on Christmas?

A nationwide Christmas Day closure has not been conclusively established through the official company information reviewed.

Customers should therefore avoid assuming either that every restaurant is closed or that their local restaurant will be operating.

If your location does not publish holiday-specific hours, direct phone confirmation is the safest option.

Does Hardee’s Offer Christmas Day Delivery?

Christmas Day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Hardee’s official FAQ explains that delivery services and availability depend on the restaurant. A location that is closed or not accepting orders may not offer delivery through its usual ordering channels.

Check the selected restaurant’s ordering availability before placing a holiday delivery order.

Hardee’s Christmas Eve Hours 2026

Christmas Eve falls on Thursday, December 24, 2026.

Some Hardee’s locations may publish special Christmas Eve hours, but a single nationwide opening and closing schedule has not been confirmed.

One documented example comes from Hardee’s of Silver Star in Orlando, Florida.

Its published schedule lists:

The Christmas Eve closing time is one hour earlier than the restaurant’s published Sunday–Thursday regular closing time.

These are the location’s published hours, not independently confirmed operating times for December 24, 2026. Customers should recheck them closer to Christmas.

Other Hardee’s restaurants may have different Christmas Eve arrangements.

Is Hardee’s Open on New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve?

New Year’s Day and New Year’s Eve are separate occasions, and their restaurant schedules should not be assumed to match.

New Year’s Day

New Year’s Day 2026 fell on Thursday, January 1. The next New Year’s Day will be Friday, January 1, 2027.

A nationwide Hardee’s New Year’s Day schedule has not been publicly confirmed through the official information reviewed.

Customers planning a New Year’s breakfast or lunch should check their specific restaurant.

New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve falls on Thursday, December 31, 2026.

No universal New Year’s Eve closing time has been confirmed.

This is particularly important for anyone visiting in the evening. A restaurant’s regular closing time does not guarantee that it will remain open until that hour on December 31.

Hardee’s Hours on Easter, Memorial Day, and Other Holidays

Thanksgiving and Christmas attract particular attention, but customers may also need Hardee’s opening hours on other federal and widely observed holidays.

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday fell on April 5, 2026.

No nationwide Easter Sunday opening or closing policy was established through the official information reviewed.

Restaurant-specific confirmation is necessary before relying on an Easter breakfast, lunch, or dinner visit.

Memorial Day

Memorial Day fell on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Hardee’s does not provide a verified universal Memorial Day timetable in the official information reviewed.

For future Memorial Day visits, check whether your selected restaurant has posted any holiday adjustments.

Independence Day

Independence Day fell on Saturday, July 4, 2026.

A nationwide July Fourth operating schedule was not confirmed. Individual restaurant hours are the appropriate reference.

Labor Day

Labor Day fell on Monday, September 7, 2026.

A universal Labor Day opening schedule was not established. Customers should use location-specific operating information.

Veterans Day

Veterans Day will be observed on Wednesday, November 11, 2026.

There is no confirmed nationwide holiday schedule specifying that every Hardee’s restaurant will operate its normal Wednesday hours.

Check your local restaurant before visiting.

Do Hardee’s Holiday Hours Vary by Location?

Yes. Hardee’s publishes individual restaurant schedules rather than relying on one opening and closing time for every location.

Official location pages demonstrate that normal operating hours differ across restaurants. This matters during holidays because an ordinary schedule cannot establish a holiday opening time.

Examples of Different Regular Restaurant Hours

The following examples were checked against official Hardee’s location information in October 2026.

These three restaurants are located in different states and have different regular opening times.

The table shows regular restaurant hours, not confirmed 2026 holiday schedules.

It illustrates why using another Hardee’s location as a substitute for your own restaurant can lead to an incorrect arrival time.

What About Hardee’s in Malls or Travel Locations?

Customers visiting restaurants within shopping centers, travel facilities, or other shared properties should verify the actual Hardee’s location rather than relying entirely on the surrounding property’s schedule.

A shopping center’s holiday opening hours are not proof that every individual food outlet inside will follow the same timetable.

Does Hardee’s Serve Breakfast on Holidays?

Hardee’s offers breakfast at many U.S. restaurants, including items from its Made From Scratch Biscuits lineup.

However, holiday breakfast availability is not guaranteed simply because a location normally serves breakfast.

Several official Hardee’s restaurant pages display a breakfast cutoff of 10:30 AM, with a notice that hours may vary by day.

This published cutoff is useful for understanding ordinary breakfast service at those locations, but it is not a universal holiday breakfast guarantee.

What Time Does Hardee’s Stop Serving Breakfast on a Holiday?

The breakfast ending time depends on the selected restaurant and whether its meal-service schedule changes for the holiday.

If the location is closed for the entire holiday, breakfast will not be available.

If it is open, customers should verify the breakfast cutoff separately from the restaurant’s general operating hours.

Can You Order Lunch or Dinner During Holiday Hours?

Lunch and dinner availability depends on whether the restaurant is open and accepting orders for those menu items.

An earlier holiday closing time can affect evening ordering opportunities. Likewise, a later opening time does not necessarily establish when the full lunch menu becomes available.

Selecting the correct restaurant in Hardee’s ordering system can help confirm the menu currently offered for that location.

Hardee’s Drive-Thru Hours on Holidays

Hardee’s offers drive-thru service at numerous locations, and official location pages may display separate restaurant and drive-thru hours.

Holiday drive-thru hours should not automatically be treated as identical to indoor dining hours.

For example, official location information for the Callahan, Florida, restaurant publishes both restaurant hours and drive-thru hours.

While those regular schedules align for that specific location, the information does not establish a nationwide holiday drive-thru policy.

Before using the drive-thru on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve, confirm:

• Whether the selected restaurant will open.
• Whether its drive-thru will operate.
• The holiday drive-thru closing time.
• Whether your intended menu items will be available.

Hardee’s Holiday Delivery, Pickup, and Mobile Ordering

Hardee’s supports online and mobile ordering, including pickup and delivery options where available.

However, ordering availability is not the same as restaurant opening hours.

Holiday Pickup Orders

Hardee’s official ordering platform allows customers to select a restaurant and begin a pickup order.

During a holiday, choose the correct location and review the available ordering options.

A restaurant’s absence from available pickup choices should not be treated as definitive proof of permanent closure. It may simply be unavailable for the requested order.

Holiday Delivery Orders

Hardee’s official FAQ confirms that delivery availability differs by location.

It also states that third-party delivery is unavailable within 30 minutes of restaurant closing time.

This means delivery may end before the restaurant’s published closing time, even on an otherwise normal operating day.

Holiday closures and special schedules can further affect whether an order is available.

Does the Hardee’s App Show Holiday Deals?

The Hardee’s app includes restaurant selection, ordering, My Rewards information, and available offers.

However, no nationwide 2026 holiday-specific discount or promotional menu is confirmed here.

Customers should distinguish regular rewards and available mobile offers from promotions explicitly designated for a holiday.

How to Check Hardee’s Holiday Hours Near You

Checking the exact restaurant is more reliable than relying on a general chain-wide holiday schedule.

The following methods can help verify opening times.

Use Hardee’s Official Location Finder

Visit Hardee’s official website and open its location finder.

Search by city, state, or ZIP code and select the restaurant you intend to visit.

The individual location page may provide:

• Restaurant address and telephone number.
• Regular opening and closing times.
• Drive-thru availability and hours.
• Available ordering services.
• Breakfast service information.

Remember that ordinary weekly hours are not necessarily holiday hours.

Check the Hardee’s App or Ordering System

Open the Hardee’s app or official ordering system and select the relevant restaurant.

Review whether pickup or delivery ordering is available.

This can help establish whether the restaurant is accepting an order, although it may not explain its complete holiday operating schedule.

Call the Restaurant Directly

For Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve, calling the restaurant can provide the clearest confirmation.

Ask whether the restaurant will open, its holiday opening and closing times, and whether the drive-thru or breakfast service will follow a separate schedule.

Use Google Maps as a Secondary Check

Google Maps can provide useful local business information, including regular and sometimes holiday-adjusted hours.

However, special hours may not always be updated promptly.

When official information and a third-party listing disagree, contact the restaurant rather than relying on an unverified schedule.

What to Know Before Visiting Hardee’s on a Holiday

A few important distinctions can help prevent misunderstandings.

Restaurant hours versus breakfast hours: A location might open early without serving every menu category throughout the day.

Restaurant hours versus drive-thru hours: The dining area and drive-thru may have separately published schedules.

Restaurant hours versus delivery hours: Delivery can become unavailable before the restaurant closes.

Regular hours versus holiday hours: A restaurant normally open until 11:00 PM is not necessarily open until 11:00 PM on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.

Local closure versus nationwide policy: A verified closure at one Hardee’s restaurant does not establish that every location will be closed.

These differences are especially relevant when planning a visit on a holiday for which Hardee’s has not published a uniform national schedule.

Sources & Verification

This guide was reviewed on October 19, 2026, using Hardee’s official U.S. website, official restaurant location pages, online ordering information, and published FAQ information.

Regular operating hours were compared across three official Hardee’s locations in Indiana, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

The locally published holiday schedule for Hardee’s of Silver Star in Orlando, Florida, was also reviewed to identify documented Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day arrangements.

That local holiday listing was not independently confirmed for the upcoming 2026 dates. Its information is therefore presented as a location-specific published schedule, not a nationwide policy or a guarantee for 2026.

No complete nationwide 2026 holiday opening-and-closing schedule was verified. Restaurant availability should be reconfirmed closer to the intended holiday visit.

Before You Go

Before leaving, use Hardee’s official location finder to identify your restaurant, check its available operating information, and call directly when holiday opening or closing times remain unclear.
